Say it: sheesh keh-bap
Cubes of marinated lamb or chicken threaded onto skewers and grilled over charcoal with peppers and tomatoes.
How to order it
Specify kuzu şiş for lamb or tavuk şiş for chicken. Lamb should be well browned outside while remaining succulent inside.
