Lahmacun

Say it: lah-ma-jun

A very thin round of dough spread edge-to-edge with finely minced meat, tomato, pepper and herbs, then baked quickly in a fierce oven.

How to order it

Pile parsley, sliced onion and tomato down the middle, squeeze over lemon, roll it tightly and eat it with your hands.
