Small, tender cheese-based pastries soaked in a light sugar syrup, named for the town of Mustafakemalpaşa near Bursa.

What it tastes like

Soft, milky and gently sweet, with syrup that soaks through without becoming heavy.

How to order it

Best slightly warm and served simply, sometimes with clotted cream or a scoop of ice cream.
