Kasap Köfte

Butcher-style meatballs made with well-seasoned minced beef or a beef-and-lamb mixture, shaped simply and grilled over charcoal.
How to order it
Order by portion and ask for the köfte cooked over charcoal. A proper plate is usually uncomplicated: bread, grilled peppers and tomatoes beside the meat.
